Reverend Janet Kingsley has been involved in New Thought and Religious Science for almost 20 years. She completed her ministerial training with Rev. Katherine Yates at the Fillmore Church of Religious Science.
Rev. Janet received her B.A. in Religious Studies from Emerson Institute in 1997 and received her B.S. degree in Business Administration from California Lutheran University in 2006. In 1998, she founded the Joyful Life Center of Truth, an independent Religious Science church, in Moorpark, California.

Rev. Janet Kingsley has been blessed to have taken classes from many magnificent ministers and teachers, which add to her own teaching style and repertoire. Her teachers include: Dr. Dennis Merritt Jones, Rev. Helen Street, Rev. Katherine Yates, Dr. Maureen Hoyt, Dr. Arthur Chang, and Rev. James J. Mellon. Rev. Janet has been a featured guest on several cable T.V. shows, including “Full Esteem Ahead ” and “This is New Thought.”
Rev. Janet relocated from Southern California to become the Pastor of Flagstaff Religious Science Church in August 2006. Her extraordinary story-telling talents, along with her in-depth understanding of spiritual principles always provide a timely, inspiring and thought-provoking message. Her lectures on universal spiritual truths are designed to recognize the innate divinity and magnificence of all individuals so they may utilize the power and creativity of their consciousness in manifesting the best Life has to offer.
